How do I join Poway Wrestling?

Joining is simple! Attend our tryout sessions scheduled at the beginning of each season. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your dedication and enthusiasm.

What age groups does Poway Wrestling cater to?

We welcome athletes from all school levels, starting with our youth program for ages 6-14, up to high school wrestlers. There’s a place for everyone in our wrestling family.

Are there programs for both boys and girls?

Absolutely! Poway Wrestling is proud to offer inclusive programs that cater to both boys and girls, promoting equality and respect in the sport.
