Camp On-Line Registration

To register your wrestler for the 2010 Summer Camp, the on-line registration process will guide you through the following steps:

Completing the registration form.
Reading and accepting the camp liability contract.
Providing online payment using your credit or debit card

On-line payments are conducted via PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you may use it to simplify your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to make a payment using your credit or debit card.

Camp Contract: I agree to assume all risks related to my child’s participation. I release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Poway Wrestling Foundation and its consultants, employees, agents, and volunteers ("STAFF") from any and all claims, demands, or course of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by my child, or to any property belonging to my child, whether caused by the negligence of STAFF, or otherwise, while participating in this camp, or while in, on or upon the premises where the camp is being conducted. I hereby grant the Poway Wrestling Foundation the right to use photographs, video images and/or other media of my child for advertising, publicity and/or other commercial purposes.

When you click the Submit & Pay button, the information you entered in the registration form will be saved, and you will be taken to the PayPal website to complete your on-line payment. If you cancel the PayPal payment process, your registration information will be deleted and you will need to start the process over to register your wrestler.
